How To Make A Bootable USB Drive or DVD Using Windows 7 USB-DVD Tool.




Windows 7 USB-DVD tool is a great utility software to create a bootable pendrive or DVD from an iso. file. Best thing about this tool is its free and easy to use + its size is very small. You have to download an ISO file of the operating system which you want to install it on your computer. Then, you can insert the USB drive or DVD device and start booting.

Make A Bootable USB Drive or DVD Using Windows 7 USB-DVD tool :-

Step 2: Now insert your USB drive or DVD in your computer and open Windows 7 USB-DVD tool.
Step 3: Now click on browse and choose your iso. file from the destination folder.Then click on open and then next.


Step 4: You can choose your bootable option USB device or DVD.

Step 5: Click on begin copying option.

Step 6: Select your USB drive or DVD. Normally it is automatically selected. (In case your USB drive isn't automatically selected, then ensure that your PC isn't connected with more than one drive)
Step 7: Click Erase USB on the warning message.(Windows 7 USB-DVD tool will format all the data inside the pendrive and then start extracting iso. file)
Step 8: Click Yes.

Step 9: Click on the close button after completing the extracting process.

Rufus is great utility and open source software to create a USB drive from an ISO file. It’s ideal tool for installing operating systems on your computer. Rufus is one of the best and easiest software’s for creating for extracting ISO files. The best thing about Rufus is it’s quick, free and easy to use.

You have to download an ISO file of the operating system which you want to install it on your computer. Then, you can insert the USB stick into a computer with no optical drive and boot directly from it as if it were a bootable CD or DVD. Installations from USB flash drives are quicker than from optical drives, so you could install Windows or Linux in a matter of minutes.

How To Make Bootable USB Using Rufus:-

 

Step 1 :-   Insert your USB drive in your computer and open Rufus


Step 2 :- Copy  all your files into different drive as Rufus will format the drive before copying new files.


Step 3 :- Select your USB drive letter, normally it is selected automatically.

Step 4 :- In-case your USB device isn’t automatically selected, and then ensure that computer isn’t connected with more than one drive.


Step 5 :- Click on the CD drive icon, to select the ISO. File. (Make sure you know where you located your ISO. File).

Step 6 :- Now click on Open after selecting your image ISO. File.

Step 7 :- Tap on Start to start the ISO. File extracting at your USB device.
